YOGA: These classes focus on grace, precise alignment and mindful awareness. The subtleties of engaging our bodies within each pose are carefully demonstrated. Suitable for people with movement restrictions or past injuries. Taught in the tradition of BKS Iyengar.
VINYASA: is generallyknown as Flow Yoga. Here, the emphasis is on linked poses, the breath and fluid movement. These classes are fun and slightly aerobic. For all levels.
WARM VINYASA: A little heat for a little sweat, and some added flexibility. The room temperature is around 85 degrees (not the 105+ degrees of Hot Yoga), to allow for some detoxifying perspiration, and a healthy workout. (NOT recommended for people with heart conditions, Parkinsons, who are pregnant, or who have other physical ailments or conditions that are contraindicated for exercise in a heated room).
PILATES FUSION:tightens and tones the entire body, improves flexibility and builds core strength by combining Yoga and Pilates Movement. The result is a mind-body workout that improves physical performance and mental alertness for people of all ages ~ and it’s fun!
CORE FUSION:Very similar to Pilates Fusion except it combines all the Yoga postures that strengthen your core and balance. It is a great work out!
